Retirees can now submit verification tokens from the safety of their homes using newly introduced secure biometrics, removing the need for repeated in-person visits to Bureau offices.
How the Mobile Rollout Works
The updated mobile experience uses on-device liveness detection to confirm pensioner identity before syncing directly with the Central Registry. Retirees are encouraged to update to the latest portal release to access the feature.
